Tanya Purohit was born in Rudraprayag, Uttarakhand. Her love affair with acting started at a very young age. Indian actress associated herself with theatre when she was just 4 years old. Tanya Purohit Husband

Tanya Purohit is married to Deepak Dobhal. For those of you who don’t know, Deepak Dobhal is a Senior Anchor in Zee Business. He also hails from Uttarakhand. Both Tanya and Deepak completed their graduation from Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University. Deepak has previously worked as an Anchor in ETV News and Rajya Sabha TV.

Career

Besides acting, Tanya Purohit loves cricket. She has performed as a host in the Caribbean Premier League in 2020. Later, she hosted the 13^th edition of the Indian Premier League as well. Without a doubt, the 29-year old is having the time of her life and scaling new heights with every passing year.

Tanya Purohit did theatres for as many as 15 years before she got into films and television. She made her debut in acting with the film ‘Cammando’ in 2013. She shot to fame after appearing in Anushka Sharma starrer ‘NH 10’. She played the role of Manju in that film. Her next appearance came in the film called “Terror Strike- Beyond Boundaries”, which was released in 2017.

Her television debut came up with Doordarshan’s serial, called “Ek Tha Rusty Season 3”. She was also a part of DD Kisan’s show in Ultapur.
