Martin Guptill – A man with the ability to hit the ball all over the park right from the word go, Martin Guptill is one of the finest batsman New Zealand has ever produced. He stashes records at will, plays as if he is playing his first game every single time, and is always there to lend a helping hand to whoever needs it in the New Zealand cricket. He has already established himself of course, but IPL has been one of the grounds left unconquered. Come 2019 and Martin Guptill will be desperate to stamp his authority in the world’s biggest T20 league, this time with Sunrisers Hyderabad.

The world knows Martin Guptill as one of the best batsman New Zealand has ever produced, but they are unaware of the early days of this fine gentleman. He debuted for Auckland in 2006 and was out for a four-ball duck in the first innings and a 99 in the second. The spark was there, but the stats were yet to come. Three years later, the numbers had now been piled up for a call up to the national side. Ever since then, Martin Guptill has only improved as a cricketer.
