Maninder Singh is one of the finest raiders in the Pro Kabaddi League. He was born in Dasuya village of Punjab. It was his father, who urged him to start playing the game of Kabaddi. He impressed the esteemed coach Hanumat Singh, who helped him to get into Jaipur Pink Panthers in 2014. During all these years, he has been a stalwart for the Bengal Warriors in Pro Kabaddi League and is a regular member of Indian team as well. He featured for Indian team in the 2017 Kabaddi Asia Cup.

Maninder Singh has been fantastic in the Pro Kabaddi League history, and still continues to inspire young sports persons. Maninder helped the Jaipur Pink Panthers to win the Pro Kabaddi League title in 2014 with 130 raid points in his debut season. Then he could not be a part of the next 3 seasons due to injury concerns. Then he made a comeback in the Pro Kabaddi League in 2017, after being bought by Bengal Warriors. He scored around 200 raid points for the next 3 years, and then helped the team to clinch the title victory in 2019, and has been retained in 2021 as well.
