Barbadian sportswoman,  Hayley Kristen Matthews, plays international cricket for west indies as an all-rounder. She captained the boys school team at the age of 11. She had made her debut for the Barbados senior women’s team at the age of 12. She made her Twent20 international debut at the age of 16. She has represented the Tasmanian Roar in the Women’s National Cricket League and the Hobart Hurricanes in the inaugural season of the Women’s Big Bash League during the 2015-16 season. She has also represented Barbados in a number of international meets and competitions.
