Radha Yadav, a vegetable vendor girl, started playing cricket at the age of 12 outside the society which was redeveloped with the society boys, where her coach Prafful Naik noticed her interest in cricket. After playing for Mumbai she shifted to Barodra Cricket Association at the age of 15, to fulfill the aim.

Moreover, she doesn’t like studying in her childhood and always wants to play different sports like badminton, kabaddi, and kho-kho. Also, she wants to hang out just like other youngsters at marine drive with her favorite Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone.

Early Career

In her initial years, she played for Mumbai. But later her family shifted to Barodra then she represented Baroda in U-19 West Zone one day tournament, one-day tournament U-23 senior women T20 tournament.

She was performed tremendously in U-19 tournament where she made 138 runs and took 35 wickets from just eight matches. And this consistency of her gave her a permanent spot in the India A team.

Radha made her debut from the National side on 13 February 2018 against South Africa. She replaced injured Rajeshwari Gayakwad in the PayTM women’s T20 triangular series.
