What’s brewing?
In a shocking turn of events, reports have emerged from Colombo that the caterers have reportedly informed the ICC Match Referee Chris Broad that Shakib Al Hassan was behind the destruction of the visitors dressing room door. This comes after Bangladesh’s dressing door was smashed in the aftermath of an ugly altercation that had ensued between players on both sides over a contentious decision of a no-ball. The Match Referee had then asked the caterers and other staff to submit the details of the incident. While the CCTV footage remained non-conclusive, reports have emerged out of Sri Lanka that Chris Broad spoke to the caterers to ascertain the culprit. As per the eyewitness account Shakib had forcefully pushed the door damaging it in the process.
