Former flamboyant Indian Cricketer joins the bandwagon to break the convoluted taboo that surrounds the dogma of periods. He has passed on the challenge to sports stars Virat Kohli and Leander Paes.

Shastri has played 80 matches and 150 ODIs during his career and was a part of Indian squad that won the World Cup in 1983. Ravi Shastri’s most impressive all-round performance came in 1985 Benson & Hedges Championship when India defeated Pakistan in the final of the tournament. The Team was picked as ‘Team of the Century’ by Wisden.

Ravi Shastri started-off as an left-arm spinner but later he went on to become an all-rounder. By the dusk of his career, he had batted at every position.
Ravi Shastri is also remembered as a wonderful TV commentator and his voice has been in the backdrop for many remarkable wins of India including the 2007 World T20 and the 2011 Cricket World Cup wins.
