PSL 2018: What’s in store?

The third edition of the Pakistan Super League kicks off tomorrow in Dubai. The league has grown by leaps and bounds in two years. Let’s look at what’s in store in this edition.
Star-studded opening ceremony
The Dubai International Cricket Stadium will host a star-studded opening ceremony. The stars who will feature the ceremonial event are India comedian Kapil Sharma, Legendary Sufi singer Abida Parveen, American singer Jason Derulo, actor Ali Zafar, rights activist Shehzad Roy, and film stars Hareem Farooq & Bilal Ashraf.

Debut for Multan Sultans
There is an addition to the PSL this year, a sixth team – Multan Sultans. In the opening match in Dubai, the debutants will be up against defending champions Peshawar Zalmi.
