Rahul Dravid, the custodian of Indian Cricket, added another feather in his cap coaching India to win Under-19 World Cup. The dominant show at the event by the youth team garnered a lot of praise for India’s Under-19 coach.
Like a movie script
Just like Shah Rukh Khan’s character in Chak De India movie, the World Cup trophy eluded Rahul Dravid in his career. He came back as the coach of youth side and actualized the dream of winning the World Cup.
Ode to the coach
Prithvi Shaw, who led India U19 team to the World Cup glory, took to Instagram to thank the coach and support staff.

Just can't get over this.

I am really proud of the boys, proud of the effort that they have put in and proud of the support staff as well. Coaching this team I tend to get a lot of attention. But it is really about the quality of support staff that we have had, there have been seven, eight of us who have been together for the last 14 months, the effort they put in was incredible.

Rahul Dravid took over as India’s U19 coach in 2015. In his first year at the office, Dravid took the team to the final ICC U19 Cricket World Cup 2016, but could not cross the finish line.
