OKC SV GSW NBA Dream11 Basketball Prediction – Fantasy Team News
Oklahoma City Thunder vs Golden State Warriors
NBA Regular Season
OKC SV GSW MATCH PREVIEW:
Oklahoma City Thunder host Denver Nuggets in NBA action on Wednesday morning (IST) at Chesapeake Energy Arena, in Oklahoma.
Thunder (45-33) are 5th in Western Conference heading into this match and need just a win to cement their place in this season’s NBA playoffs. While Warriors (56-21) are 2nd in the conference and have already qualified for the playoffs which will start from 14th April 2018.
Oklahoma City Thunder snapped their three-game losing streak in their last match with a win over New Orleans Pelicans, where once again, Russell Westbrook stole all the limelight as the reigning MVP had a magnificent 24th triple-double of this season. But Paul George outscored Westbrook in that match as he topped the scoring chart with 27 points. So Thunder can definitely aim to win this match because of the form of their two best players, Westbrook and George.
While Warriors won their last two games against Sacramento Kings and Phoenix Suns. Those two games saw Dubs scoring more than 110 points for the first time in the last six games, and the reason was the return of both Kevin Durant and Klay Thompson to the team. So if Warriors have a fit and healthy team, then there is nothing that can stop them.

Form of the Team-
Oklahoma City Thunder–
Oklahoma City Thunder have hit a low in the last week or so as they have lost four of their last six games. But the win against Anthony Davis’ New Orleans Pelicans in the last game was a statement victory from Russell Westbrook and company and a message to every team that they shouldn’t be taken likely despite their less than impressive position in the Western Conference, come the NBA playoffs.
Thunder are averaging 107.4 points and allowing 104.3 points against them this season. They are shooting at 45.4 percent from beyond the arc, while opponent are having 45.7 percent of shooting accuracy against them this season. So that’s a negative record and Thunders’ players need their shooting hands sort out soon ahead of the make or break playoffs.
Russell Westbrook is still their best player by a good 3.8 points per game. He is averaging 25.4 points per game and is distributing rebounds and assists at 9.8 and 10.2 respectively.
While Paul George is proving to be more than a supporting cast as the former Indiana Pacers’ Small Forward is the only other player than Westbrook who is averaging more than 20 points for Thunder this season. The 27-year-old is racking up 21.6 points per game.
Golden State Warriors-
Golden State Warriors have won 7 and lost 7 times in their last 14 games. The season has been nothing more than a disappointment for the defending champions despite them sitting at a very respectable 2nd position in the Western Conference. And that’s because of the high-standards Dubs have set under their head-coach Steve Kerr.
Last season, Warriors lost just 15 games all season and finished the regular season 6 games better than 2nd place San Antonio Spurs.
While in 2017-18, Kerr’s men have already lost 21 games and their supremacy has been challenged successfully by James Harden’s Houston Rockets who are set to win the conference ahead of Warriors.
That’s why the Dubs may use a statement victory against their formidable host Thunder in this match.

INDIA FANTASY PREDICTION:
Golden State Warriors will be without their record scorer Stephen Curry in this match who has gone under the knife for his knee injury and is expected to return in time for the NBA playoffs.
But the visitors have enough fuel in their tank to come out on top in this match and disappoint their hosts in the match.
But Russell Westbrook is fit and healthy and is firing on all cylinders, while Paul George is finally coming out of his esteemed teammate’s shadow and performing quite consistently for Thunder.
If Warriors play this match without their star players such as Durant, and Thompson to name a few, this could be a very long evening for the defending Champions.
We are backing Thunder to win this match.
