The defending Champions Golden State Warriors take a good 2-0 lead to Texas to face San Antonio Spurs in the 3rd game of the 2018 NBA Playoffs series.
The Dubs won the first game 113-92 as Klay Thompson and Kevin Durant both ran havoc in the first three quarters. Though Spurs won the 4th quarter 29-27, it proved insignificant and the fight-back came late in the game when the damage was already done.
The 2nd game was a similar story and Warriors showed why they have averaged most points in the regular season. Steve Kerr’s men won the game 116-10 with five Warriors’ players touching the double-digit mark in that game. Spurs need to show more grit in the next two games if Gregg Popovich’s men want to make some fight out of this series.
