ORL vs WAS Dream11 MATCH PREVIEW:
Washington Wizards will be looking for their third consecutive win when they travel to Florida to take on Orlando Magic in an NBA match at Amway Center, in Orlando, on Saturday morning (IST).
Orlando Magic missed too many open shots and in the end came short as Brooklyn Nets outlasted them, and winning the match 114-110 at Barclays Center.
Spencer Dinwiddie dropped a game-high 29 points while D’Angelo Russell scooped out 25 points and a game-high 10 assists with his efforts. A total of 52 points were dropped by the 2nd unit which in the end was the real difference in the match.
For Magic, Nikola Jokic had a game-high 21 points and 14 rebounds, while D. J. Augustin had a good game as well as he ended up with 19 points in the match. It was Magic’s 7th loss in the last 10 games.
While Wizards came up against a team in Golden State Warriors who are playing some of the best Basketball in the past few weeks. Every time Dubs play, more often than not one of their holy-trinity always ended up scoring jaw-dropping numbers.
Stephen Curry was the player who hurt the Wizards most in this game. The two-time NBA MVP scored a game-high 38 points in the match. While Bradley Beal led the charge for Washington, scoring a team-high 22 points and 10 rebounds in the match.
Regular Season Record-
Orlando Magic: W-20, L-28
Washington Wizards: W-20, L-26
Players to watch out for:
Orlando Magic:
Nikola Vucevic –He is operating at a very good level this season. The 28-year-old is averaging in the 20 for Orlando Magic, the only player to do so for his team. The Swiss superstar is dropping 20.5 points per game, which is a significant upgrade to his career average of 15.3 per game. He will be key for Magic’s hopes in this match.
Aaron Gordon – He is a young lad, and is still in the process of learning. The 23-year-old American has had a good season so far, dropping points at 15.6 per game which is decent considering his age and experience at the top level. In the last match, the 6’9’’ power forward scored 10 points.
Washington Wizards:
Bradley Beal –If he keeps going at this rate, and Wizards manage to get good support from other guys, there’s no reason why wizards can’t finish in the playoff positions this season. The 25-year-old is carrying his team on his shoulder up until now and he is showing no signs of fatigue or overload. His average is awesome, 24.7 points per game for the season. But his form has shot above expectations in the last 10 games as he is dropping points at 28 per game.
Trevor Ariza – A team player who puts in extra work inside the paint when defending. While the 33-year-old can also carry the ball forward and is talented enough to send the ball into the hoop.
