Major Moves Related to NBA Dream11
Players moving to NBA Eastern Conference
Victor Oladipo
Old Team: Houston
New Team: Miami Heat
Oladipo will pair up with jimmy Butler and a young and enthusiastic Heat squad, so he will transition from one of the worst teams to a team which can now hope to make Playoffs and feel bolstered at the guard position.
Nikola Vucevic
Old Team: Orlando Magic
New Team: Chicago Bulls
The Center has been averaging a double-double this season and will help fill the void at the Center position for a Bulls team that is led by a charismatic guard in Zach LaVine. Like Gordon, Vucevic finds himself in a more winning position.
Gary Trent Jr.
Old Team: Portland Trailblazers
New Team: Toronto Raptors
Gary finds himself in a turmoil, a Raptors team in which not everything has been fine. He picked up his game with CJ out for the Trailblazers and will have to carve out a role with this team and perhaps start from the scratch to achieve that.
Evan Fournier
Old Team: Orlando Magic
New Team: Boston Celtics
Fournier will play alongside two 25+ points scorer this season and he may relish his role here as he has been playing for a losing team for quite some time now. Magic unloaded its veterans and brought in some young blood it seems, Fournier was traded amidst that process.
George Hill
Old Team: Oklahoma City Thunder
New Team: Philadelphia 76ers
Hill is an experienced player who can help Philly with his great game sense. He has moved to a better team and now can relish more wins that he did with Thunder. Hill can become a factor for the 76ers as the season goes deeper.
Players moving to Western Conference
Aaron Gordon
Old team: Orlando Magic
New Team: Denver Nuggets
Gordon will share the front court with Michael Porter Jr. and will get some easy looks playing alongside a handy passer in Jokic at the Center and a squad that is rooted in ball rotation. This will be easily be the most winning situation Gordon has been in his professional career. He expressed his anxiety related to losing in a latest interview so perhaps this trade will ease his mind.
Norman Powell
Old Team: Toronto Raptors
New Team: Portland Trailblazers
Like the former two examples, Norman also finds himself in a better squad than the one with which he began the season. He is having a breakout season, and will be a stellar second or third option for the boisterous Trailblazers, who has another 20+ points scorer now apart from Lillard and McCollum.
