MIL vs PHI Dream11 MATCH PREVIEW:

Philadelphia 76ers are on course for their second consecutive 50-plus season. But unlike last year, they won’t be in the post-season to rack up numbers. Unlike last year, they are not brittle, no more flattering to deceive the opponents. And unlike last year, the Sixers now boast a roster which can rival the mighty Golden State Warriors for the “Super Team” tag.

Joel Embiid’ magnificent rise, the inclusion of both Jimmy Butler and Tobias Harris to the roster, young maverick Ben Simmons and the ever-reliable JJ Redick, to name a few, the Sixers have the team with a potential to go all the way this season.

As things stand, they are sitting at 3rd in the Eastern Conference with a 49-28 record and should nail down this position. Sixers now have the luxury to rest players, to give big guns a proper rest before the playoffs.

Perhaps for that reason, Brett Brown decided to rest both Joel Embiid and Jimmy Butler for the game against Mavericks. But the decision backfired as Sixers lost 102-122 at American Airlines Center.

The Shorthanded Sixers went almost nine minutes without a field goal at the end of the 2nd quarter and trailed 68-50. JJ Redick scored 21 first-half points but Philadelphia missed their last 14 shots.

The three-man trio of Harris, Simmons, and Redick had a combined 42 points at the end of the first half. So Sixers still had the quality to show more resistance against a Dallas team who were without their best player Luka Doncic.

Milwaukee Bucks meanwhile snapped a one-game skid with a 121-131 win over Brooklyn Nets.

Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 28 points and 11 rebounds upon his return to the line-up, while Eric Bledsoe (29 points) and George Hill (22 points) made significant contributions as well.

Bucks maintained their grip at the top but may have to wait a little longer to clinch the first spot in the Eastern Conference after the win for Toronto Raptors.
Regular Season Record-

Philadelphia 76ers: W-49, L-28
Milwaukee Bucks:
W-58, L-20

Players to watch out for:

Philadelphia 76ers:
Joel Embiid –
Missed the last three games due to the rest purposes. A healthy Embiid is a far better option than some wins at the end of the regular season.  But the Sixers’ best player this season is expected to return to the squad for this match. The 25-year-old Center is stacking up 27.3 points per game and 13.7 rebounds per game this season.

Jimmy Butler – This is his game. He is set to hog the limelight for this is the first time he returns to the Target Canter after forcing a move away from the team. With Sixers, he is having a pretty solid season so far, averaging 18.7 points per game.

Milwaukee Bucks:
Giannis Antetokounmpo – Bucks’ rise this season is mostly down to the terrific form of Giannis Antetokounmpo. Not only he is racking up an NBA MVP caliber numbers this season, but doing so at an incredible rate. The Greek-Freak is averaging a team-high 27.4 points per game, adding 12.5 rebounds per game to his efforts as well. The 24-year-old has scored at 30.4 points per game in the last 10 matches.

Khris Middleton – The 27-year-old is scoring at a career-high 18.1 points per game this season. With 2.2 turnovers per game and 1.0 steals per game, the Texas-born power forward is a vital cog in Bucks’ defensive unit.

INDIA FANTASY PREDICTION:

It’s a big battle as two of the biggest forces in the Eastern Conference go head to head against each other.
Philadelphia are at home in this game, and they boast a very impressive record at Wells Fargo Center Philadelphia, losing just nine times in the regular season. Bucks meanwhile are 26-14 on the road.
Sixers are expected to be at full strength in this match and if that’s the case, the home team will be the favourite.
