MEM vs OKC Dream11 MATCH PREVIEW:

Oklahoma City Thunder will be looking to end a four-game skid when they host a struggling Memphis Grizzlies in a regular season NBA match at Chesapeake Energy Arena, in Downtown Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, United States, on Monday morning (IST).

The hosts could use a win here after losing the last four games. Those defeats may concern Thunder head-coach Billy Donovan as it came against the inconsistent Sacramento Kings and San Antonio Spurs, and a depleted Philadelphia 76ers.

But Thunder have their own issues as the last two games they played were without the services of Paul George. Whether he will be involved in this match is a mystery, but Thunder needs to step up to end the four-game losing streak.

At 38-24 record, Thunder shouldn’t find problems in qualifying for the post-season. But at this stage, their main target is to grab the 2nd place, which has certainly taken hit after that four losses.

Memphis Grizzlies, on the other hand, have struggled all season and are most probably out of the playoff race. At the moment, they sit 14th in the Western Conference with a 25-39 record.

All season, the Grizzlies have have sufffered from a thin roster. Beyond the starters, there was little or no options on the bench. But they have added new faces to the roster in the mid-season transfer window and the effect is already palpable on the results.

Regular Season Record-
Oklahoma City Thunder:
W-38, L-24
Memphis Grizzlies:
W-25, L-39

Players to watch out for:

Oklahoma City Thunder:
Paul George –
The former Indiana Pacers star has made the Oklahoma City Thunder a super team this season. He has been performing at a very high level, averaging a team-high 28.6 points per game. While in the last 10 matches, the 28-year-old has racked up 33.8 points per game.

Russell Westbrook – There is a belief that we are yet to see the very best of Russell Westbrook this season. And that’s true. After all, he has been too inconsistent in the 2018-19 campaign. The 2017 NBA MVP is scoring points at 22.4 per game.

Memphis Grizzlies:
Mike Conley –
The only player in Memphis Grizzlies’ rank to average in the 20s this season is Mike Conley. The 31-year-old definitely deserves a better view on the table but he is a kind of lone warrior, and can’t just do everything on his own.

Jonas Valanciunas – Joined the team in the midseason and is already having a big impact on the team. The former Toronto Raptors star scored 20 points in the last match as Grizzlies won the game.
