HOU vs UTA Dream11 MATCH PREVIEW:
Houston Rockets will open their post-season journey with a first-round meeting with the Utah Jazz at Toyota Center, in downtown Houston, Texas, on Monday morning (IST).
Last year’s beaten conference finalists Houston Rockets will be aiming to go one step further this time around. The road is tough though as they have Golden State Warriors on their side, meaning both these giants will be facing each other before the conference finals. But that comes later.

Rockets face Utah Jazz in the first round. They are favorites to go through. And Jazz’ head-coach certainly knows that his team has a fight on their hand to stop one of the best scorers to ever grace the NBA.
“He’s (James Harden) artistic the way he plays,” Quin Snyder said. “It’s pure. There’s an artistry to what he does on the court. … He’s got such an awareness.”
Harden will surely demand more coverage from the opponents. All the eyes will be on him once the series stars. But Jazz as a team deserves more respect. Certainly for their incredible roster which boasts a good mix of both young and experienced players.
Donovan Mitchell, Rudy Gobert, and Ricky Rubio, to name a few, are firing on all cylinders. If their conference semifinal appearance last season came as a surprise, it shouldn’t come as a shock if they manage to achieve the same this season.

The reason being they have the experience of last season, both that gives them optimism going forward and the one which teaches them a vital lesson.
They can take a cue or two from their first-round win over Oklahoma VCity Thunder last season, while the 1-4 loss to Houston Rockets should teach them about where things went wrong against James Harden and Co.
Regular Season Record-
Houston Rockets: W-53, L-29
Utah Jazz: W-50, L-32
Players to watch out for:
Houston Rockets:
James Harden – The favorite for the MVP this season is none other than the reigning MVP, James Harden. For he is having an insane season, and this is no exaggeration by any means. Mr. Beard is racking up a season-high 36.1 points per game. He is the only player to average in the 30s this season, averaging 36.5 points per game. The 29-year-old scored 50 points in the last match. Truly incredible.
Clint Capela – Missed a large chunk of the game due to a knee injury. Though he took a while to return back to his pre-injury form. Now it seems he is back. The 24-year-old Center is an indispensable part of the team. He is averaging 16.6 points per game this season, along with a team-high 12.6 rebounds per game. In the last match, he had a double-double against the New York Knicks.
Utah Jazz:
Donovan Mitchell – Utah’s go-to-man and more often than not, always live up to the billing. Any superlative may not do justice to the kind of impact he is having on the team this season. And you look at his age, 22 years, and you wonder how much he can still learn and grow in this game. The shooting guard is racking up 23.5 points per game this season, while his last 10 games have produced 27 points per game.
Rudy Gobert – This season he has been phenomenal to say the least. Perhaps the most versatile player on Utah Jazz’s roster is Rudy Gobert. Just look at his numbers: 13.0 per game and 15.4 points per game. Indispensable and the kind of player which ticks all the boxes on a Basketball court.
