HOU vs LAL Dream11 MATCH PREVIEW:
An in-form Los Angeles Lakers will be looking for another big scalp as they take on an indomitable Houston Rockets in an NBA match at Toyota Center, in Houston, Texas, on Monday morning (IST).
James Harden scored 58 points in Houston Rockets 142-145 overtime loss to Brooklyn Nets. It was Rockets’ fourth loss in the last seven games as the injuries are finally taking its toll on the team’s performance. With a 25-19 record so far in the regular season, Houston are sitting at sixth in the Western Conference.
Just two days after pouring 57 points against Memphis Grizzlies, Mr beard was deadly again as he extended his 30+ points streak.
But the game belonged to Nets’ Spencer Dinwiddie who not only scored a team-high 33 points and 10 assists from the bench but did so at the crucial stage of the match. He stunned the Rockets with a three-pointer in the final minute of the fourth quarter, then scored a go-ahead basket in the overtime to kill Rockets at Toyota Center.
Los Angeles Lakers, on the other hand, have now won two games on the trot after beating Oklahoma City Thunder 128-138 at Chesapeake Energy Arena. Kyle Kuzma enjoyed a magnificent night, outscoring the likes of Paul George and Russell Westbrook as he scored a game-high 32 points in the natch.
With the win, the Showtime improved their regular season record to 25-21 and remained at 8th in the Western Conference.
Regular Season Record-
Houston Rockets: W-25, L-19
Los Angeles Lakers: W-25, L-21
Players to watch out for:
Houston Rockets:
James Harden – You just have to admire him and you follow NBA, then you must feel lucky that you are seeing the beard weaving its magic on the Basketball court. A player in the form of life, threatening to destroy every individual record that ever exists. The 29-year-old dropped another alien looking score, racking up 58 points against the Lakers, and still couldn’t save his team from the jaw of defeats. Poor Rockets!
Eric Gordon – He upped his game in the absence of his regular teammate Clint Capela, and he did well. The 30-year-old scored 20 points in the match and extended his average in the last 10 games to 20.5. The Indianapolis born star missed the last eight games with an injury but didn’t show any sign of rustiness in his game.
Los Angeles Lakers:
Kyle Kuzma – LeBron James’ absence could have been more fatal had it not been for the efforts of Kyle Kuzma. The 23-year-old has certainly taken his game to new heights in the last 10 games or so, averaging 20.5 in those matches. His season best is 41 points which came against the Detroit Pistons.
Brandon Ingram – The 21-year-old is talented and a star for future. He is having a very good season and is racking up good numbers heading into the next match. He scored 31 points in the 3rd game of the season which remains his best efforts to date.

HOU vs LAL Dream11 Fantasy Team:
INDIA FANTASY PREDICTION:
Los Angeles Lakers’ young superstars added a feather in their cap as they beat a talented Oklahoma City Thunder in the absence of LeBron James. But can they repeat the performance against Houston Rockets and in particular James Harden? The Showtime will have to show more ruthlessness inside the paint when defending as any mistake and Harden will pounce.
A win for Rockets is our call.
