GSW vs LAC Dream11 MATCH PREVIEW:
Down 1-0 in the series and a 31-point deficit in the second game at Oracle Arena, Los Angeles Clippers needed to do the unthinkable against the mighty Golden State Warriors, to keep themselves within the clutch of the chance in this series.
The Clippers did just that. They not only fought the Dubs’ talented roster but the odds were stacked at 100-1 against them after they fell behind by a massive 31 points.
But Warriors took the foot off the gas and allowed Clippers to script the biggest ever comeback in the NBA playoff history.
“We let our guard down. We weren’t the aggressors any more,” Klay Thompson said after the match.
“We didn’t deserve to win that game. Basketball gods didn’t reward us.”

Clippers’ incredible comeback was completed when Landry Shamet buried a 3-pointer with just 15.9 seconds left in the match.
But Warriors could still win the game had they bee their old self. Klay Thompson missed a 3-pointer with 33.2 seconds left, while Stephen Curry, who endured a plus-minus of -15, saw his game-winning attempt from the 3-point range scuppered.
Warriors lost DeMarcus Cousins to a thigh injury early in the game. In fact, the Dubs weren’t affected at all as their dominant period came after he left the court.
When Kevin Durant scored a 3-pointer in the 3rd quarter, putting Warriors ahead at 94-63, ESPN gave Clippers a 0.01% chance of winning the game.

Clippers nailed it even then.
Regular Season Record-
Los Angeles Clippers: W-48, L-34
Golden State Warriors: W-57, L-25
Players to watch out for:
Los Angeles Clippers:
Lou Williams – Scored 25 points and recorded 9 assists in the first game. He leads the scoring charts from the bench, both points (1,485) and assists (397) off the bench. The 32-year-old is averaging a career-high 20.3 points per game and has scored at 23.3 in the last 10 matches.
Danilo Gallinari – Had an average game by his own standards, scoring just 15 points and 8 rebounds against Warriors in the first game. However, he is in very good form and is racking up 24 points per game in the last 10 matches. Together with Lou Williams and Montrezl Harrell, he is a vital cog on Clippers’ roster. The 30-year-old has been consistently dropping big numbers, averaging a career-high this season. The 30-year-old has scored at 23.5 points per game in the last 10 matches.
Golden State Warriors:
Stephen Curry – He is shooting well below his standards this season, but he is definitely the best ever shooter the Basketball has ever witnessed. He is perhaps the main man for Steve Kerr. This is best highlighted by the fact that Curry leads the league in total plus-minus. To simplify it, the Warriors outscored their opponents by a huge 689 points when he was on the court. That’s some presence on the court.
On the scoring side, the two-time MVP is dropping a team-high 27.8 points per game this season. He wins almost 3 turnovers per game and is making 1,3 steals per game as well.
Kevin Durant – Curry may lead the offense for Warriors, but Kevin Durant is considered as a man for the big occasions. He is a two-time reigning NBA finals MVP and has been playing extremely well of late. There are not many players in the NBA who can slow him down when he is in the mood. The former Oklahoma City Thunder star has averaged 26.8 points per game in the regular season.
