GSW vs DAL Dream11: The NBA Playoffs are in full flow and we have seen some exciting battles and some underdogs pulling through. The trend has been alive in the East as the top two teams in Heat and the Celtics advanced as Heat beat them in the first game. On the other hand, the Western Conference, or rather the NBA saw two teams with the best records in Phoenix Suns and the Dallas Mavericks being ousted in the Second Round. And in this game, the Golden State Warriors will host the Dallas Mavericks.
The Warriors defeated the Grizzlies in the first round by a series line of four-two as the team took advantage of the Morant-less squad. Poole, Curry, and Thompson had big nights during different parts whereas Wiggins and Draymond form a strong frontline. On the other hand, the Mavericks entered as the underdogs against the Suns, lost the first two games, and yet defeated them in Seven Games as they were able to shut down Chris Paul. Doncic continues to be on a high and he can give the Warriors some hiccups. Will he nab one away from home?

NBA Projections, Stats & Analysis
Can the Mavs perform another miracle?
The Mavericks have been an incredible defensive squad and their last win was away from home versus the Suns which would have significantly boosted their morale. The thing with the Mavs is that they are able to take multiple players out of their offense at the same time and don’t get rattled under pressure situations. The Suns were not able to get much from either Paul or Bridges in the last series and the Mavericks’ hustle-type defense surely affected their usual rhythm.
The Warriors have one advantage compared to the Suns. Their four players enter the series with incredible rhythm in the form of Curry, Poole, Thompson, and Wiggins, the former three are incredible shooters whereas Wiggins can be an incredible two-way player, who was perhaps the most active player in the last series. Green can help keep Dorian Finney-Smith busy with his screening action and that can be one of the crucial aspects of the series.
But it is not just Finney-Smith, Bullock, Brunon, Doncic, Dinwiddie, and Kleber who are all willing defenders for the Mavs. The Warriors also have a luxury, blessed with multiple defensive threats and if they shut down Doncic in 66% of the games, they are highly likely to come up with a win. The three-point shooting of the Mavs was on point against the Suns, a team that is less likely to make around 15+ threes than the Warriors so yes this can be a tougher match-up for the Mavs.
