DET vs SAS Dream11 MATCH PREVIEW:
San Antonio Spurs will be aiming to end a three-game skid when they host Detroit Pistons in an NBA match at AT&T Center, in San Antonio, Texas, United States, on Thursday morning (IST).
San Antonio Spurs:
The reality is dawning upon San Antonio Spurs with each passing game. There are no more assurances, the consistency feels like an esoteric thing, and the familiarity of results has taken a full 180-degree turn.
As things stand, Spurs are 8th in the Western Conference with a 33-29 record. It’s not an intractable situation, and the season is still in the team’s hands. But the results, the form, the teams sitting below them and the team’s morale, all make for an awkward situation for Spurs and their fans.

The situation is cryptic but Spurs haven’t missed out on the playoffs since Tim Duncan was drafted in 1997, which is 21 straight seasons, joint second-best such record. Only Philadelphia 76ers can boast about a better record with 22 consecutive NBA playoff appearances.
But the recent sump could be down to the fact that Spurs were on an 8-game road trip, which was ended in a 101-85 loss against Brooklyn Nets. The 2014 NBA champions lost seven times during that period and this is a big reason for their slump.
Detroit Pistons:
The visitors meanwhile are flying high and are making up for their slow start to the season. They have won seven times in the last 8 games, and have risen up to 7th in the Eastern Conference.
