DEN vs WAS Dream11 MATCH PREVIEW:

Denver Nuggets will be looking for another win when they host Washington Wizards in a regular season NBA match at Pepsi Center in Denver, Colorado, USA, on Monday morning (IST).

Nuggets failed to make the post-season in the 2017-18 campaign. They have almost the same roster which featured during last season. Still, the team looks a completely different outfit and is flying high in the Western Conference.

Not only they have qualified to the playoffs long before anybody would have expected them to at the start of the season, but the fact that they are 2nd in the table, boasting a similar record as of Golden State Warriors, has caught every NBA pundit and fan like by a surprise.

Nuggets have every reason to feel confident heading into the post-season. First, they should finish the regular season at least at 2nd, which means no Golden State till the conference finals. Another reason is their incredible home form.

With just six losses at Pepsi Center all season, Nuggets now boast the joint-best home record across both the conferences.

Also in Nikola Jokic, the team possesses one of the best two-way Basketball players on their roster. With him on board, Nuggets can beat any team in the NBA.

They did in the last match as Nuggets hot the road against Oklahoma City Thunder and beat them 115-105 at Chesapeake Energy Arena.

Jamal Murray topped the scoring charts with 27 points, while Nikola Jolic had another double-double; 23 points and 16 rebounds.

Head coach Michael Malone was impressed by Murray’s game and praised him after the match.

“I thought this might have been Jamal Murray’s best complete game in a Nuggets uniform. I loved how he played tonight. He ran the team, he scored big baskets and defended at a high level. That’s the Jamal Murray we need every night moving forward,” he said.

Denver have a showdown against Golden State Warriors after the match against Wizards.

Meanwhile, Washington Wizards are 11th in the Eastern Conference and will be missing the playoffs. This is really harsh on Bradley Beal who has been scoring points at an incredible rate all season.

Wizards are 3-7 in the last 10 matches and lost their last match 124-128 against Utah Jazz.
