DAL vs PHI Dream11: NBA is nearing the trade deadline and I am waiting for my phone to buzz with the reports of players being moved from one team to another. And I am sure this deadline is going to bring big-time changes and we will surely see some players changing their course this season. Keeping that in mind, there will also be major lineup shuffles, making jobs for writers, readers, predictors, and fans tough to track the movement.
Anyway, in this game, the Dallas Mavericks will host the Philadelphia 76ers. Mavericks had a superb January and even after losing two games in a row, they will be confident moving ahead. With Luka Doncic hitting one of those purple patches offensively, Dallas has showcased massive improvements on the offensive end recently.
On the other hand, the Philadelphia 76ers have been strong since January and a couple of long winning streaks mean that they are in contention to notch the top spot in the Eastern Conference. Of course, the prime driver for the 76ers is Joel Embiid who is having an MVP-styled season.
Host: Dallas Mavericks
Visitors: Philadelphia 76ers

NBA Projections, Stats & Analysis
Mavericks: Time to adjust
Tim Hardaway Jr’s absence long-term is surely going to disturb the balance of the bench when it comes to the Mavs. Tim had been a more than decent isolation scorer off the bench and his injury will mean that the burden on Reggie Bullock will increase as the bench isn’t deep since the beginning of the season. Now, with Porzingis also being out for some time, the bench has been challenged big-time, and well, moving forward, coach Jason Kidd will have to certainly make some adjustments to up the ante.
That can be done especially looking at the 76ers example, who has played with a weakened bench all season long. Luka Doncic has been having another top-class season and has been on fire in terms of scoring. His backcourt partner Jalen Brunson is also having a terrific season and the team has been more successful ever since his insertion into the starting lineup. Reggie Bullock has upped his scoring while Dorian Finney-Smith, Maxi Kleber, and Dwight Powell are tough defenders in the frontline. Overall, the Mavericks have shown the ability to be feisty on the defensive end and with a closer like Doncic, they can be in for a big run soon.
76ers: Embiid is a huge factor, with great support from Maxey and Harris
Joel Embiid has been having another phenomenal season and he especially turned the heat on since late December. He has been scoring from all areas and his ability to push the ball up helps in sustaining the tempo on the offensive end. With Embiid, the team also gets quality inside defense and big-time rebounds. He is an all-around player whose gritty nature has helped the 76ers become an elite team this season. Remember the team is playing without Ben Simmons since the beginning of the season and that has disturbed the 76ers ecosystem.
Tobias Harris has had another consistent season at the big Forward position and he has improved his shooting percentage too. Tyrese Maxey has been a revelation at the Point Guard position and if not for his rise, the 76ers would have struggled this season. Seth Curry’s constant absence has hurt the team but yes, somehow, the 76ers have kept on winning. Matisse Thybulle has been a brilliant defensive player and he does help the 76ers a lot in pressure defense situations. Danny Green is another brilliant defender and that is the reason why the 76ers have an effective defense. Drummond is a more than decent backup to Embiid while Georges Niang stretches the floor off the bench. Isiah Joe has also given some decent minutes recently.
