But CJ McCollum had other ideas. He struggled throughout the night but saved his best for the fourth quarter. The 27-year-old exploded for 23 of his 35 points in the last quarter and cooled off Clippers’ charge.

McCollum converted 12 of his last 14 shots from the field and finished with a game-high 35 points, while his more esteemed partner Damian Lillard dropped 20 points and also added a game-high 12 assists to his efforts to end Clippers’ five-game winning streak.

Clippers remain strong in the Western Conference and have a 39-30 record heading into their next encounter.

Chicago Bulls, meanwhile, suffered their 50th loss of the season as they went down 107-123 against Los Angeles Lakers in the last match.

Montrezl Harrell – He can do almost everything on the court. Not only he can score points at a good arte, but his defensive contribution is at par with most of the players. The 25-year-old is racking up 18.3 points per game in the last 10 matches.

Zach LaVine –The talented point guard deserves to win more Basketball games for the efforts he is making for Chicago Bulls this season. The 23-year-old is scoring at an incredible average of 23.4 points per game. Considering he is just 24, he can improve even further.
