BOS vs ORL Dream11 MATCH PREVIEW:
Boston Celtics will be recovering from their shock loss to Miami Heat when they travel to Florida to take on Orlando Magic in an NBA match at Amway Center, in Orlando, on Sunday morning (IST).
Orlando Magic:
The fixture list was too harsh on Orlando Magic. After all, they had to be on the road for the six straight games. Any team can feel homesick, no matter the talent in their ranks. And the fact that they faced the likes of Minnesota Timberwolves, Sacramento Kings, Los Angeles Clippers and Utah Jazz in those games, made the task even harder for Magic.
Finally, it came to an end, the road trip which culminated with the match against Utah Jazz in the last game. And the result went in the same direction as it had been in those six games, ending with a 106-93 defeat to Jazz. The six-game streak ended 1-5 for them, with the lone victory coming against Chicago Bulls.
But Magic could have won their 2nd after the way they started the match against Jazz. The 13-point loss doesn’t reveal the exact script of the match. The visitors won the first quarter (19-32) by a massive 13 points, followed by 2nd 27-31 and took a good 17-point lead into the half time.
But Donovan Mitchell then took over the game and converted some critical baskets in the 3rd quarter to propel the recovering job. And by the time 3rd quarter met its end, the hosts had taken a 3-point lead as Utah won 32-12.
The fourth quarter was Ingles-Mitchell show all the way as the duo scored 24 of Utah’s 28 fourth-quarter points.
Boston Celtics:
A second-quarter meltdown proved too costly as Boston Celtics suffered a loss against Miami Heat. The Greens remained 5th in the Eastern Conference with a 25-16 record, a huge five games away from leaders Milwaukee Bucks.
Dwyane Wade stole the limelight, not because he once again swapped his shirt after the match, this time with Terry Rozier. But the 36-year-old dropped the 2nd most points in the match, despite playing from the bench and spending only 23 minutes on the court.
For Celtics, Kyrie Irving scored the game-high 22 points in the match, while Marcus Smart (18 points), Marcus Morris (17 points) and Jayson Tatum (17 points) dropped in the double digits.
Regular Season Record-
Orlando Magic: W-17, L-24
Boston Celtics: W-25, L-16
Players to watch out for:
Orlando Magic:
Nikola Vucevic – He is the only player to average in the 20s for magic this season. The 28-year-old has six scores of more than 20 in the last nine games, Certainly a player in the form which is quite evident from his stats this season which is the best of his career so far.
Aaron Gordon – He had a good game against Utah Jazz. The 23-year-old dropped 18 points and 10 rebounds in the match which came on 7-on-17 shooting. His season high is 31 points, coming in the 131-117 win over New York Knicks.
Boston Celtics:
Kyrie Irving – He has been Celtics’ best player by some margin. The former Cleveland Cavaliers point-guard is dropping most points for the Greens this season and is the most consistent player for the 18-time NBA champions. In the last game, he had 22 points against Miami Heat.
Jayson Tatum – The young stalwart is destined for great things in the future, something envisaged by LeBron James himself when he went toe-to-toe against Tatum in last season’s Eastern Conference finals. Still just 20, his average of 16.1 points per game doesn’t do justice to his importance and contribution to the team.
BOS vs ORL Dream11 TEAM NEWS:
Orlando Magic:
Injured – The usual suspect Timofey Mozgov is still out with an injury. The 32-year-old is suffering from a knee injury and hasn’t featured for Magic this season.
Questionable – Mo Bamba missed the game against Utah Jazz with a foot injury and he remains questionable.
Suspended – None.
Boston Celtics:
Injured – Boston Celtics are still without two key players in this match. Aron Baynes (hand injury) and Jabari Bird (personal reasons) both will be missing the action due to their respective reasons.
Questionable – None at the moment.

BOS vs ORL Dream11 Fantasy Team:
INDIA FANTASY PREDICTION:
This is Orlando Magic’s first home game in the seven games. They should be more confident than they were at any point in those games.
Having said that, a matchup with Boston Celtics is not the ideal way to play at home. The Greens should be hurt after the shock against Heat.
We back Celtics to win the match.
