BOS vs MEM Dream11 MATCH PREVIEW:
Boston Celtics will be looking for their 2nd consecutive win when they back to winning ways when they host Memphis Grizzlies in an NBA match at TD Garden, in Boston, Massachusetts, on Saturday morning (IST).
Boston Celtics:
After that early season incredible eight-game winning streak where Greens toyed with teams for fun and produced one of the best performances of this season so far, inconsistency since then reeled in Brad Stevens’ team. No surprise that the once indomitable and untouchable Greens are now chasing Toronto Raptors for the top position in the Eastern Conference.
But the mere standing is not a guarantee for the ultimate prize. Rockets ended the regular season last time around at the top in West but were undone by a relentless Warriors in the playoffs finals.
Same could happen this season, especially in the east as the new forces are rising in this conference after the departure of Lebron James. And this particular fixture could be the one deciding the east this time around.
So in a sense, it was a timely rehearsal for the things coming up in the future. And by the look of it, Greens are a dangerous force which stands in the way of Kawhi Leonard and his coveted NBA glory.
The 17-time NBA champions won the match 117-108, despite losing the first quarter 30-36. But the decisive period was the immediate quarter which Celtics won 34-17, and the hosts went into the break with a huge 11 points lead.
The moment of the match was produced by Kyrie Irving earlier in the game. He used a spin move, and then made a through pass to Al Horford who dunked in a basket.

Memphis Grizzlies:
The Grizzlies went down 101-111 against Milwaukee Bucks in the last match. It was hardly unexpected given how Memphis have been performing of late. It was their ninth loss in the last 10 games, 19-25 for the season, leaving them at 14th in the table.
Bucks won the first quarter 20-28 but clawed back in the 2nd quarter, winning it 25-22 to reduce the gap to just five points.
After the break, the hosts upped the ante and took the lead in the match for the first time after Mar Gasol buried his second three-pointer of the third quarter.
But it was closest Grizzlies came in the match as Bucks rallied together and went on a 19-0 run to kill hosts’ lingering hopes of making a comeback in the match.
Regular Season Record-
Boston Celtics:Â W-26, L-18
Memphis Grizzlies: W-19, L-25
Players to watch out for:
Boston Celtics:
Kyrie Irving –It could have been near impossible job to beat Raptors had Kyrie Irving not recovered from his injury. The 2016 NBA champions made a telling difference in the match, scoring a team-high 27 points and dropped a massive 18 assists in the match. The former Cleveland Cavaliers man is dropping 22.7 points per game this season. When he is on the court, you can almost expect him to give his 100%.
Jayson Tatum – A player destined for greatness if he continues to unlock his vast potential. But with a player like Irving playing alongside him, it’s obvious that he is on the right path in that regard. The 20-year-old is already accumulating good numbers and is averaging 16.6 points per game this season, the 2nd best for Celtics in the current campaign.
Memphis Grizzlies:
Mike Conley –Mike Conley Jr. is going strong this season. He is leading the charge for his team, averaging in the 20s for Grizzlies, and remains the only player to do so for his team. The 31-year-old is enjoying his best professional campaign this season.
Marc Gasol – According to reports, the Grizzlies are looking to trade him. But there’s no denying that the 33-year-old has performed reasonably well to earn another contract from his current franchise. He scored 14 points in the last match.
BOS vs MEM Dream11 TEAM NEWS:
Boston Celtics:
Injured – Jabari Bird is the only player ruled out from this match with an injury. The 24-year-old is facing some personal issues and recently appeared in the court for an alleged domestic violence case against him.
Questionable – Aron Baynes recovered in time from a hand injury to play against Toronto Raptors. He should be fine for this game as well. While Marcus Smart was the surprise name in the matchday squad. He played and will be starting the next game as well.
Suspended – None.
Memphis Grizzlies:
Injured – The visitors will once again be enduring a big injury list ahead of this match.
Kyle Anderson (ankle injury), Dillon Brooks (toe injury) and Chandler Parsons (knee injury) all have been ruled out with their respective injuries.
Questionable – Marc Gasol, meanwhile, is battling a hand injury these days. The 33-year-old played, however, in the last match but remains questionable.
Suspended – None.

BOS vs MEM Dream11 Fantasy Team:
INDIA FANTASY PREDICTION:
Boston Celtics got the better of Toronto Raptors in the last game and it was possible because of the health of the team. Kyrie Irving returned and made an immediate impact. The Greens should be too powerful for the inconsistent and a shorthanded Memphis Grizzlies.
A win for Celtics.
