The Jazz blew their roster up, completely doing away with the core of Donovan Mitchell, Rudy Gobert, and Bojan Bogdanovic, the trio that was responsible for the best record in the league just a couple of seasons ago. Spurs: They also blew up the roster
Trading away DeJounte Murray meant that the Spurs dealt their best player who was their most consistent player last season. They still have Keldon Johnson, who will need a strong playmaker alongside him to be more effective than he has ever been. The roster lacks the firepower but young Devin Vassell can be in for a breakout season. Jakob Poeltl and Doug McDermott remain but the defense looks highly compromised.
