SER-W vs MAL-W Dream11: The FIBA Women’s World Cup has been moving at a great pace and this has been a riveting tournament thus far. While Group A has been more predictable, Group B has seen more intense battles. Canada has been a sweet surprise, having already qualified, while other teams still have some major lifting to do, Mali is out from the race. And they will take on Serbia here in the hopes of salvaging some pride.
Serbia has now lost two of their three games, both against quality opponents. In their last game, they tasted a defeat against Australia, losing 54:69 in another sub-par offensive effort. Meanwhile, Mali played their best game of the tournament but still lost 59:74 to France as Sika Kone was on fire with 18 points and 18 rebounds.

SER-W vs MAL-W Dream11 FIBA WOMEN’S World CUp Projections, Stats & Analysis
Serbia’s offense has been not up-to-the-mark. They are a team that has lost their earlier firepower and is in reset mode, something which can be felt during the World Cup. In their last game, they just had two double-digit scorers and one of them Sasa Cado shot below 30% on 15 shots. Shooting has been a big concern for the team and despite a strong defense, their offense has held them back. There is so only so much that Yvonne Anderson can do. They are still not in safe zone but a win looks highly likely here.
Mali lost their first game by 33 points, the second one by 50 points but against France, they did a much better job, still losing by 15. However, it must be noted that France’s offense hasn’t looked in a great touch either. While there are defensive issues, the offensive ones are huge for Mali. In their last game, it was the offensive rebounding that kept them alive, largely thanks to Sika who had seven of them, they shot decently from the three-point line but just 36.4% from the two-point range which is surely below-par.
