LAL vs BRK Dream11: The NBA Regular Season has been a breath of fresh air as there have been fascinating developments. The rise of the Trail Blazers and the Jazz has been earning plaudits but we are still early into the season, and a lot can change. But will it change for the Los Angeles Lakers which will take on the Brooklyn Nets.
The Lakers won 120:114 against the Kings as Anthony Davis scrapped up 24 points. The Lakers have won only two of their 12 games at this point. On the other hand, the Brooklyn Nets come into this game after defeating the Clippers 110:95 as Kevin Durant looped up 25 points. The Nets have won four of their last five games but remain a game under the 50% win record.

NBA Projections, Stats & Analysis
Lakers: Gosh, what a poor start
The Lakers continue to implode and with the way they are playing, major trades can be incoming. Will we see Anthony Davis traded? Are there any takers for the hefty Westbrook contract? LeBron has to be untouchable but who knows, we have seen stranger things happen. The Lakers have no gameplan and their new coach Ham hasn’t had the roster to get something consistent. They look vulnerable every night and at this point, they are heading for another wasted season. What are the Lakers going to do about their woes? With 70-odd games remaining, will they build something special?
Nets: Durant again in the lonely island
Kyrie Irving continues to hurt his team by being absent, last season it was the refusal to get vaccinated, now it is a political controversy. Ben Simmons seems to be playing at a 20% of what he performed earlier, hey, he was an All-Star at one point. Again, it is up to Kevin Durant to make the team a sustainable unit, and has he ever failed to deliver? No. He again carries the hopes of a Nets team that has no depth, no clear purpose, and it is all about KD. Thanks to their tough defense, they have at least played one end well consistently.

NBA Scores, Fantasy Basketball Top Picks
Kevin Durant(BRK)
Points: 27
Rebounds: 06
Assists: 03
Blocks: 02
Steals: 02
Wing Kevin has been in great nick but that is nothing new for one of the best scorers to ever play basketball I believe he will be in 26-32 points, 6-9 rebounds, and 1-3 steals range. Fox can be chosen as a Star/Pro Player in the Dream 11 NBA Fantasy scenario.
Anthony Davis(LAL)
Points: 24
Rebounds: 14
Assists: 03
Blocks: 03
Steals: 02
Elite Forward Davis is posting big numbers, playing amazing defense, and getting it done however he can but he desperately needs help. I expect a 20+ points, 10+ rebounds, and 2-3 blocks range here.
Nic Claxton(BRK)
Points: 13
Rebounds: 14
Assists: 02
Blocks: 03
Steals: 01
Center Nic has had a big influence as a Center who can pin down boards, score inside and also play strong help defense. I believe he will be in 12-16 points, 10-14 rebounds, and 1-3 blocks range.
Russell Westbrook(LAL)
Points: 21
Rebounds: 04
Assists: 11
While Westbrook has shot better than expected, he keeps turning the ball over at crucial junctures and plays out of control while being a so-so defender. I expect a 18-24 points, 7-10 assists, and 5-8 rebounds range.
Austin Reaves(LAL)
Points: 19
Rebounds: 05
Assists: 01
Steals: 01
While Reaves is not a dependable shooter, the Guard has been a stellar rebounder and has scored inside. I believe he will be in 10-15 points and 4-8 rebounds range here.
Royce O’Neale(BRK)
Points: 12
Rebounds: 05
Assists: 03
Steals: 01
While Royce is primarily a defensive stopper, he has had to take more shots for the depleted Nets unit. I believe he will be in 10-14 points, 4-6 rebounds, and 1-2 steals range.
Lonnie Walker IV(LAL)
Points: 19
Rebounds: 01
Assists: 01
Steals: 02
Lonnie has had some impressive outings but his three-point shooting has been hurt like the rest of the squad. I believe he will be in 15-22 points range here.
LAL vs BRK DREAM11 LINEUP BALANCERS
- Troy Brown Jr.(LAL): Brown had 2 points, 3 rebounds, 2 steals in the last game. Wing Troy has given a lot of energy but his play is inconsistent offensively. I believe he will be in 4-9 points and 3-5 rebounds range.
- Patrick Beverley(LAL): Patrick had 5 points, 3 assists, 3 rebounds, 2 steals in the last game. Veteran Patrick has been one of the least efficient guards on offense. I expect a 4-7 points, 3-5 rebounds, and 3-5 assists range.
- Edmond Sumner(BRK): Sumner had 11 points, 4 assists, 1 rebound, 3 steals, 1 block in the last game. Due to the absence of Kyrie and Simmons’ injury, Edmond has gotten a starting spot. I see him in 7-12 points and 3-5 assists range.
- Seth Curry(BRK): Curry had 22 points, 3 rebounds, 3 assists in the last game. Seth has had a couple of impressive shooting nights but his injury keeps hampering him. I believe he will be in 15-21 points range IF he plays.
- Wenyen Gabriel(LAL): Wenyen had 8 points, 2 rebounds, 1 assist, 2 blocks in the last game. Forward Gabriel is a rim-runner. I believe he will be in 4-8 points and 2-4 rebounds range.
- Joe Harris(BRK): Joe had 7 points, 3 assists, 2 rebounds, 1 steal in the last game. Joe’s shooting is down due to injuries. I believe he will be in 9-14 points range here.
- Ben Simmons(BRK): Ben had 2 points, 5 rebounds, 3 assists in the last game. Former All-Star and all-around threat Simmons has been not producing at a high level. I expect a 7-11 points, 6-9 rebounds, and 4-6 assists range.
- Juan Toscano-Anderson(LAL): Juan had 5 points, 3 rebounds, 1 assist in the last game. Forward Juan has been a decent bench player.
