HOU vs LAC Dream11: The NBA Regular Season has brought to us some incredible battles and we have been blessed with up-and-down scenarios where it has been difficult to prediction which team will come on top. Thus, we have to be careful when engaging in prediction scenarios but in the end, you can be caught up in the topsy-turvy trajectory. Anyway, in this game, the Houston Rockets will host the Los Angeles Clippers.
The Clippers engaged in one of the closest battles all season long against the Houston Rockets, winning 95:93 behind Paul George’s 35 points. Paul nailed the game-winner with around 6 seconds left, fading away from the baseline. Kenyon Martin Jr. kept the Rockets in the game with a 23 points performance but George outgunned the Rockets in the end.c

NBA Projections, Stats & Analysis
Clippers: Tough start
The Clippers are once again heavily dependent upon Paul George and with Kawhi Leonard once again being out due to knee injuries, they have overburdened the off-guard. Clippers’ offense is one of the worst in the league as they have shot terrible from the field and has committed a bunch of turnovers. One big issue the team has faced is that the Point Guard position hasn’t done enough and Reggie Jackson’s struggling big-time.
Norman Powell had a couple of strong games but he once again shot poorly in the last game. Ivica Zubac has given solid minutes as a middle player while Marcus Morris has carried a bit of the weight. Wall who missed the last game is a shadow of what he was four-five years ago, but the Clippers need even that version to be healthy. The bench hasn’t looked that deep and to be honest, the Clippers’ last season struggles are resurfacing without Kawhi.
Rockets: Losses piling up but potential is there
Since James Harden has left the Rockets, they have become a sub-20 win team and among the worst squads. Although they posed a huge fightback against the Clippers, let’s be honest, it was largely because the Clippers are themselves struggling. Jalen Green who brought a lot of hype last season has been downright terrible from the field, overdribbling and not choosing his shots well. Kevin Porter Jr. has upgraded his shooting while Eric Gordon continues to be consistent. Jabari Smith Jr’s offense has disappeared completely and he has been a non-factor on that end.
Alperen Sengun has been a high-yiedlding Center and has the potential to become a double-double player in the long term. Kenyon Martin Jr. did have an impressive night but he is mostly a bench role player. Apart from that, the Rockets’ bench has to be one of the worst in the league and they lack both shot-creators and consistent shooting. The Rockets’ campaign has not been surprising but Jalen Green’s shooting woes are concerning.

NBA Scores, Fantasy Basketball Top Picks
Paul George(LAC)
Points: 35
Rebounds: 09
Assists: 08
Steals: 06
Blocks: 02
Paul broke his shackles in the last game and turned up with his second 30+ Points performance of the season, also nailing the game-winner. I expect the two-way all-around off-guard to be in 25+ points, 6-8 assists, and 5-8 rebounds range. Paul can be chosen as a Star/Pro Player in the Dream 11 NBA Fantasy scenario.
Kevin Porter Jr.(HOU)
Points: 13
Rebounds: 05
Assists: 05
Steals: 02
Porter Jr. has been a brilliant playmaker and can also dip in a bunch of shots. I believe he will be in 17-23 points and 5-8 assists range here.
Ivica Zubac(LAC)
Points: 16
Rebounds: 12
Assists: 00
Blocks: 04
Steals: 01
Center Ivicac has supplied top-notch rebounding, inside scoring, and some amazing shot-blocking. I believe he will be in 10-16 points, 10-14 rebounds, and 2-4 blocks range.
Jalen Green(HOU)
Points: 13
Rebounds: 04
Assists: 01
Blocks: 01
Steals: 01
Green has been awful shooting the ball and keeps on forcing the issue rather than settling for high-yielding shots. I believe he will be in 16-22 points range.
Alperen Sengun(HOU)
Points: 14
Rebounds: 09
Assists: 03
Blocks: 01
Sengun is a strong scorer, rebounder, and is slated to have an impressive season. I believe he will be in 14-18 points, 8-12 rebounds, and 1-3 blocks range.
Marcus Morris Sr(LAC)
Points: 11
Rebounds: 03
Assists: 03
Blocks: 01
Wing Morris has given a lift to the otherwise fragile offense of the Clippers and continues to earn big minutes with Leonard out. I believe he will be in 10-16 points and 4-6 rebounds range here.
Jabari Smith Jr(HOU)
Points: 04
Rebounds: 05
Assists: 01
Blocks: 01
Forward Jabari’s offense has disappeared after a dencet start but has a big potential especially as a rebounder and defender. I believe he will be in 8-12 points, 5-8 rebounds, and 1-2 blocks range here.
HOU vs LAC DREAM11 LINEUP BALANCERS
- Eric Gordon(HOU): Tate had 12 points, 2 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 steals, 2 blocks in the last game. Guard Gordon continues to supply steady diet of offense. I believe he will be in 11-16 points range here.
- Kenyon Martin Jr.(HOU): Kenyon had 23 points, 6 rebounds, 1 assist, 2 blocks, 1 steal in the last game. Kenyon had one of the best nights of his career and is the only reliable bench player at this point. I believe he will be in 9-14 points and 4-7 rebounds range.
- Reggie Jackson(LAC): Ivica had 6 points, 6 assists, 2 rebounds in the last game. Guard Jackson has been totally off his game and needs a big game to boost his confidence. I believe he will be in 10-16 points and 5-7 assists range here.
- Tari Eason(HOU): Tari had 6 points, 1 rebound, 1 steal in the last game. Rookie Tari has a LONG way to go as an NBA athlete. I believe he will be in 4-8 points and 3-5 rebounds range.
- Norman Powell(LAC): Norman had 9 points, 1 rebound in the last game. After some high-yielding nights, Norman shot just 3/11 in the last game to headline his recurring shooting struggles. I believe he will be in 12-17 points range here.
- John Wall(LAC): Wall missed the last game and when he has played, he has given solid playmaking and decent scoirng. He is QUESTIONABLE here and if he plays, I believe he will be in 11-16 points and 5-7 assists range.
- Luke Kennard(LAC): Luke had 8 points, 10 rebounds, 2 assists in the last game. Guard Luke is a sharpshooter who has given solid minutes. I believe he will be in 7-12 points and 5-8 rebounds range.
- Nicolas Batum(LAC): Terance had 2 points, 3 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 blocks in the last game. Batum is a strong defender but he hasn’t received many minutes. I believe he will be in 4-7 points, 3-5 rebounds, and 1-2 steals/blocks range.
