Game Over for Finland?
The Croatian team is built upon multiple high-level NBA players who are starters for their teams. Bojan Bogdanovic gives sharp-shooting at wing, Ivica Zubac can seal the paint whereas Dario Saric is a proven stretch-four. The bench is strong with Mario Hezonja as a contributor and overall, Croatia has multiple shooters who can stretch the defense out. The team does lack a substantial playmaker and the defense can be a bit iffy at times, lacking athleticism outside of Jaleen Smith.
Finland has been propelled by their majestic Forward Lauri Markkanen, who has been a big-time scorer and has also chipped in with an above-average rebounding.Outside of Lauri, the team does lack multiple high-yielding scorers which has put them in a spot of bother, however, their defense can answer the call. The trouble is that the Finnish team was exposed by the high-quality teams that were able to see them off late in the game many times.
