Suresh Raina to miss next two matches of CSK due to injury

Suresh Raina has been ruled out of next two IPL games due to a calf injury.
Now CSK will be taking on Kings XI Punjab and Rajasthan Royals on Sunday (April 15) and Friday (April 20) respectively.
This will be the first time when Raina would miss a game for the Chennai Super Kings. He has been a mainstay of CSK’s batting line-up for years and has played 134 IPL matches for the franchise helping them to make it to the playoffs eight times and clinch the trophy twice.
The left-hander suffered an injury during the Chennai’s home match against Kolkata Knight Riders their first home match after 3 years at the MA Chidambaram Stadium.

After taking a single off Sunil Narine in 10th over, he experienced pain and received medical attention. Raina was eventually dismissed for 14 after he top-edged a pull to fielder standing on the long-on.
The veteran batsman couldn’t make a mark in the first game as well and was dismissed at four against Mumbai Indians.
Chennai has already lost the services of Kedhar Jadhav due to a hamstring injury. South African batsman Faf du Plessis could be included in the game.
Chennai has both their games so far and they would be taking on Kings XI in their next fixture.
