Score summary:

KXIP: 119 all-out; Rahul 32, Rashid Khan 3/19
Match Result: SunRisers Hyderabad won by 13 runs
Hyderabad – In a game dominated by the ball, SunRisers put a splendid exhibition of bowling to defend a below-par score against Kings XI Punjab. This is the second time three days that they have defended a modest total.
Put in to bat, SunRisers Hyderabad had a terrible start to the innings losing their captain Williamson for naught. Ankit Rajpoot, who picked a fifer, did not let SRH batsmen break free from the outset. Manish Pandey scored a patient 54 off 51 to carry SunRisers’ batting.
Chasing 133, Kings XI Punjab made a steady start with openers KL Rahul-Chris Gayle putting 55 runs for the first wicket. The first break gave SRH bowlers the much-needed inspiration, and they kept knocking batsman after batsman.
In the end, it came down to 15 off 6 balls but the Kings could only add one run. Rashid Khan bowled brilliantly for 3/19, while Sandeep Sharma, Shakib Al Hasan and Basil Thampi picked 2 wickets apiece.
