Although flamboyant cricketer Yuvraj Singh has failed to deliver for Kings XI Punjab, his fans still adore him like ever.

Yuvraj Singh was dropped from the Playing XI of Punjab after he could only manage to score 50 runs in 4 innings and was replaced by Manoj Tiwary against Hyderabad.

For the next game, KXIP would be locking horns with Kolkata Knight Riders at their adopted home venue Holkar Stadium in Indore.

To create buzz for the header, KXIP took to Instagram and posted an image featuring Yuvraj Singh urging their fans to buy tickets for the match against Kolkata on 12th May.

However, the move backfired as the fans vented their frustration in the comments section asking Ashwin to bring back Yuvi in the playing XI. Some users even said that they would withdraw their support for Kings XI Punjab if he is not fielded in playing XI.

Earlier, in a post-match media conference, KXIP skipper R Ashwin lashed out at the media person on being asked about the exact reason for Yuvraj Singh’s exclusion from the team.
