We don’t deserve to win if we field like that: Virat Kohli

Royal Challengers Bangalore skipper Virat Kohli believes that his side’s sloppy fielding for their six-wicket loss against Kolkata Knight Riders at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium on Sunday.
“When I look back, I don’t think we deserved to win. I think we need to be hard on ourselves. We don’t deserve a win if we field like that,” Kohli said.
“We cannot afford to let singles go for boundaries. We were not good enough tonight,” he added.
Kohli pointed out that now they need to consider every single match as a virtual knockout game.
“We need to win six out of seven games from here for qualifying. We need to take every match as virtual semi-final now.”
“We need our guys to step up and I hope we can put up a better show here,” he said.
RCB player, Brandon McCullum said that they missed AB de Villiers in the match. He also said that ABD is one of the best players to have around.
