Delhi- Delhi Daredevils took the revenge of their last belter against Rajasthan Royals in a rain-truncated game as Delhi Daredevils defeat the Royals by 4 runs.
Put into bat first, Munro went back for a golden duck.
Dusting-off pressure with ease, Prithvi Shaw and Shreyas Iyer gave Delhi a flying start as the duo put 73 run partnership.
The skipper scored his fourth IPL half-century of this season against RR and Pant scored 69 off 29 balls to help Delhi post a total of 196/6 in 17.1 overs.
However, the rain hindered the game and the second inning was reduced to 12 overs.
Chasing a mammoth total of 151 according to the DLS method, Joss Butler played some menacing shots and scored 67 runs off 26 balls. But, he couldn’t secure the game in favour of Rajasthan as they succumbed to the Daredevils.
Trent Boult picked 2 wickets and conceded 26 runs in his 3 overs.
