AUS-W vs CHI-W Dream11 Hockey | Australia vs China Women’s FIH Pro League Preview
Melbourne, 9 February at 11:30 AM IST
China will kickstart their Women’s FIH Pro League campaign against Australia’s Hockeyroos on Saturday at Hobart’s Tasmanian Hockey Centre.
The world number three, Australia Women have been a part of two games so far in the competition. The hosts started the tournament with a 1-0 win over world champions Netherlands but faced 2-1 defeat to Belgium in their second. Hockeyroos would want to get back to winning ways and lift themselves up on the points tally.
China, ranked 10th in the women’s rankings, would want to put their best foot forward to start their campaign.
Hockeyroos coach Paul Gaudoin on China fixture
“China are a quality team. We’ve played China recently at the Champions Trophy and they had some good results.”
