About a Business Game
The business game is an Indian version of Monopoly, a well-known board game in Western countries. Players have to buy or sell their properties on the basis of their monetary situation. In the end, whoever has the most money takes over the game.
Rules of Business Game Gameplay
- A business game consists of at least 2 or at most 4 players, and one of them acts as a banker.
- The banker distributes equivalent money to all players, and every player chooses their colorful token at the start.
- Each player will get Rs 15000, and players will roll a pair of dice to receive an overall number sum of 12 to begin moving from their home positions.
- Every player receives Rs. 1500 after landing on Go Space. And if one rolls a double, one will get one more next turn.
- On the basis of digits coming in their die, they move their tokens and land on respective triggering properties for buying.
- If a player owes more money than they can afford, they automatically get out of the game.
- A timer sets before the inception of the business game, and those who have the most money after considering their property’s worth conquer the game.
How to play a Business Game?
Each player obtains an opportunity to roll a couple of dice and land on different properties and facilities to take over their positions. Let us give a small insight into them.
Property
One has options: either buy a land parcel or skip it for auction by a banker. If one lands on the property of someone, one has to pay rent to him.
Chance and Community Chest
If a player strikes a place, either by chance or community chest, they draw a card from the corresponding deck and adhere to the instructions written on the card.
Jail
There are three possibilities to jail such asÂ
- Roll a double three times consecutively.
- Draw a card from a corresponding deck in case you land on a chance or a community card that mentions jailing.
Income Tax
If one falls on the property of a banker, one has to pay income tax to the banker.
Rest House
If a player falls on a rest house, their next turn will get run out without rolling a die.
