India beat Pakistan in a high octane football match by 3-1 and breezed into the final of SAFF Cup. Indian striker Manvir Singh scored two goals back to back in the second half, and another Indian striker Sumit Passi headed a cold pass into the nets after it was delivered by Ashique Kuruniyan.
After a goalless first half, Manvir scored a goal in the 49th minute and added another 20 minutes later. The substitute of Manvir Singh, Sumit Passi sealed the victory for India in the 83rd minute of the match. Pakistan’s Hassan Bashir tried to reduce the difference on the board by scoring one goal in the 88th minute, but it was too late to deny the opposition’s victory.
Now, India will meet Maldives on Saturday for the final clash of the championship. Maldives got a clinical win against Nepal 3-0 to enter into the final.

A Semi Final between India and Pakistan. That too with full of drama. It cannot get better than this. In a wet, muddy surface, India crushed Pakistan by 3-1. Manvir Singh found himself twice in the scoresheet, whereas Passi joins the party with one on his birthday. pic.twitter.com/Uw6t3DaYQo
