Okay I do exaggerate, says Neymar on his diving controversies

Brazilian poster boy Neymar Jr. used a sponsor’s advertisement to clarify his rolling antics and diving controversies. Neymar finally admits that he sometimes exaggerated his reaction on the field to get foul during The FIFA World Cup 2018, Russia. The broadcasters published the video on Sunday in the Brazilian TV networks. The ad campaign is all about picking yourself.

Neymar’s clarification: 

“You may think I exaggerate. And sometimes I do exaggerate. But the truth is I suffer on the pitch,” expressed Neymar in an ad sponsored by a personal care brand.

Since Brazil got knocked out of the Russia world cup, critics started targeting Neymar Jr. over his focus on acting instead of playing. So he came up with an ad campaign to explain is feeling and reason to do this all. He demanded support from the people of Brazil to keep supporting their team. He described his situation when he cancelled the post-match press conference. Neymar said that his attitude sometimes charms the world or irritates at the same time.

Neymar recalled the days when people use to criticise him for his game, his way of playing or making a move. He also said that it’s time to stand on the other side. Before this ad, Neymar made his first appearance in a public event after World cup and there he was feeling devasted when people were making a joke out of him.

For Brazil, Neymar tried to make a way to win their six world cup, but it all ended up through the hands of Belgium.

In the end, Neymar said that he emerged as a new man from the inside and now he is ready to take new challenges.
