WOL vs CHE Dream11 Team Prediction: Chelsea travels to the Molineux Stadium to take on Wolverhampton Wanderers in the Premier League. Both clubs will look to respond to their respective 1-0 losses over the weekend with a strong performance in midweek. While this is Chelsea’s first loss since September, the loss to Aston Villa was Wolves’ second consecutive loss after a 4-0 thrashing to Liverpool. To make matters worse, Joao Moutinho received his marching orders in the last few minutes against Aston Villa. Wolves are currently 13th in the table but a win can take them potentially to anywhere between 6th and 8th place. Chelsea’s loss has seen them sink to 5th place with Leicester City and Southampton sneaking in ahead in the table and they will be desperate to get back up with Tottenham and Liverpool playing each other this game week. They beat Wolves on the last day of the last season to confirm their spot in the Champions League and this time they will not want to leave it that late.

Doubtful: Christian Pulisic pulled out of the Everton game with a late injury but has been declared fit by Lampard but may not be risked for this one.
Expected changes: There might be a few changes in the side that faced Everton but it won’t be a surprise to see an unchanged team. Edouard Mendy should continue to start in goal despite an error during the weekend. Reece James put in an excellent performance last time out and will carry on in defence with Thiago Silva, Kurt Zouma and Ben Chilwell alongside him. N’Golo Kante will start in defensive midfield with Mateo Kovacic and Mason Mount ahead of him. Tammy Abraham will be hoping for a start but Olivier Giroud’s aerial threat will be preferred, playing in between Timo Werner and Kai Havertz.

WOL vs CHE Today Match Prediction: Bet365 and William Hill are offering identical odds with a Chelsea win placed at 7/10. An upset for the away side is offered at 4/1 which reflects the situation at Wolves. The Blues have also not lost to Wolves in their last 3 meetings. Chelsea is the superior side in terms of players’ fitness, current form and statistics with an average of 1.33 goals in response to Wolves’ 0.67 goals per game. Despite the advantage, underestimating Nuno’s side could prove very dangerous which will make the WOLvs CHE Today Match Prediction a tricky one for Chelsea.
