TOT vs BHA Dream11 Match Preview, Team News, Lineups
Brighton & Hove Albion will look to win their first home game in the current Premier League season when they host Tottenham Hotspur at Falmer Stadium, on Saturday evening.
The Seagulls don’t have a good record against their next opponent, not beating them since a 2-1 home win in April 1983. But this might be their chance to end that torrid run, and register all three points at home for the first time this season, for Spurs are hardly playing at the level they are very much capable of playing.
Brighton must see this as a golden opportunity to get under the skin of Spurs, for Tottenham’s morale must be at an all-time low after Bayern Munich tore them to shreds in the Champions League in the midweek. A rumoured mutiny within the group, unhappy players all indicate that things may be starting to boil out of capacity at Tottenham.
And it goes without saying as well that a win against a top-six team could set the marker for any team aiming to fight for its life in the Premier League.

Brighton & Hove Albion Team News:
- Brighton’s injury list is becoming slimmer with each passing week, but a handful of first-team players still remain out injured.
- Jose Izquierdo, Shane Duffy and Leandro Trossard all will be missing the game for the hosts due to their respective injury issues.
Fitness boost:
Ezequiel Schelotto was named on the bench for the Chelsea game following a recovery from a serious knee injury. He should be fine to start here.
While the hosts are boosted by the return of Davy Propper, Leon Balogun, Solly March and Alireza Jahanbakhsh.
Don’t expect too many changes!
If March and Propper are 100% fit, both should start in the midfield, while Balogun won’t be rushed back due to his long injury layoff.
Brighton & Hove Albion Playing XI:
Ryan (GK), Webster, Dunk, Burn, Montoya, Mooy, Stephens, Alzate, Gross, Maupay, Connolly
Tottenham Hotspur FC Team News:
Giovani Lo Celso continues his recovery from a hip injury he suffered while on international duty.
Ryan Sessegnon, who arrived injured from Fulham, suffered another setback in training and will be missing the match.
Spurs will also have to do without suspended Serge Aurier after he was sent off against Southampton last week.
Three-man backline?
Since Aurier is suspended and with no natural replacement, Mauricio Pochetino may revert back to three-man backline he used so effectively in the past.
In that case, Toby Alderweireld, Jan Vertonghen and Davinson Sanchez will all start at the back, while Danny Rose will move further upfield on the left side, with Moussa Sissoko starting on the right-wing.
Christian Eriksen once again started from the bench in the Champions League and should get a start here over Dele Alli who certainly was far off his pace.
Tottenham Hotspur Playing XI:
Lloris (GK), Vertonghen, Alderweireld, Davies, Ndombele, Dier, Sissoko, Lamela, Eriksen, Son, Kane
Likely to score:
- For Brighton & Hove Albion: Neal Maupay, Pascal Groß
- For Tottenham Hotspur: Harry Kane, Son Heung-min
Captain and Vice-Captain Selection:
Neal Maupay: The 23-year-old scored a mammoth 25 goals in the Championship last season, which forced Brighton to make a move for him. He has two goals in the first five league games for the Seagulls.
2019-20 Premier League:
- Games: 07
- Goals: 02
Harry Kane: Up and running in the current season with five goals. Once again, Kane will be the man for Spurs this season. We back him to score a goal here.
2019-20 Premier League:
- Games: 07
- Goals: 05
- Assist: 01
Son Heung-Min: Scored the opener against Bayern Munich in the midweek. Due to his clever runs and pace, the 27-year-old South Korean will be hard to mark in this game.
2019-20 Premier League:
- Games: 05
- Goals: 02
- Assists: 02
Suggested combination:
TOT vs BHA Dream11 potential winner:
Tottenham Hotspur should at least get a draw here.
