“This is not the time to focus on Lille’s result but to focus on ourselves. I expect a reaction from us against Monaco, a full match in which we show a mentality in line with our ambitions,” Tuchel was quoted as saying ahead of the match.

“Sunday it will be absolutely necessary to show our hunger to win and show we can play as a team. This is the only challenge that drives us.”

The last time PSG failed to win three games in a row was in 2016, so this is some trend PSG have broken here. But you have to go all the way back to 2012 when the Parisians failed to win in the four games.

But PSG are aiming for the ultimate glory in Ligue 1 while the same can’t be said about the 2016-17 champions Monaco. For they are still in the relegation zone.
