LEP vs TOT Dream11 Match Prediction
LEP vs TOT Dream11: RB Leipzig will be looking to finish the job in the Champions League round-of-16 2nd leg when they play hosts to Tottenham Hotspur at Red Bull Arena on Tuesday night (IST). Spurs’ job of qualifying to the next round is a tad harder not entirely because they failed to find the back of the net in the first leg, but due to the fact that Leipzig scored the precious away goal with Timo Werner scoring the all-important away goal from the spot. But this is Mourinho’s side we are talking about. He is a master tactician and will surely have some plans under his sleeves for this game. That’s why this tie is far from over and Spurs are more than capable of scoring two goals in any game.

RB Leipzig vs Tottenham Hotspur Team News:
RB Leipzig Team News:
- RB Leipzig head coach Julian Nagelsmann declared Timo Werner fit to start against Tottenham following an injury that forced the coach to rest his star striker for the weekend’s 0-0 draw against Wolfsburg in the Bundesliga. However, Werner was deemed fit to feature from the bench and was introduced as a 60th-minute substitute.
- In terms of confirmed absentees, centre-backs Ibrahima Konate (hamstring) and Willi Orban (ankle injury) both will miss the game due to their respective injury issues.
- In addition, midfielder Kevin Kampl (ankle injury) and Chelsea’s on-loan centre-back Ethan Ampadu (back injury) are listed as doubtful and will be considered before the game.
RB Leipzig key players:
- Timo Werner: His goal separated both the teams in the first leg. The young German is one of the hottest football properties in the world, and o wonder, he is drawing attention from big clubs in Europe.
- Dayot Upamecano: Werner is not the only player with an improved stock and profile under coach Nagelsmann. Center-back Upamecano has been wonderful for Leipzig this season. He is a wall.
- Angelino: Manchester City’s on-loan wing-back was a nuisance in the first leg with Tottenham struggling to keep him in check, and also his link-up play with Schick and Werner was awesome.
- Marcel Sabitzer: MIdfielder has an eye for a pass. He is in good form.
Tottenham Hotspur team news:
- Tottenham‘s injury owes have no ends and the situation is worsening for Jose Mourinho at the moment.
- The latest player entering the treatment room is Steven Bergwijn, who suffered a sprained ankle injury in the closing stages of Saturday’s 1-1 draw with Burnley. It has been reported that the Dutch winger, who joined Spurs from PSV for £25m in January, is out for an extended period, and may even miss the whole season.
- Star striker Harry Kane is still out with a hamstring injury, while midfielder Moussa Sissoko (knee injury) and Son Heung-Min (dislocated shoulder) are also missing due to their injury issues.
- Mourinho will also be without left-back Ben Davies who has a hamstring issue. The 26-year-old Welshman spent a lengthy spell on the sideline before returning to the team last month.
- Central defenders Jan Vertonghen, Japhet Tanganga and winger Ryan Sessegnon are options to deputize for Davis.
Tottenham Hotspur key players:
- Dele Alli: Scored at the weekend against Burnley. He has scored the most goals for Spurs since Mourinho took over the team.
- Eric Lamela: He is talented no doubt about that, but he has had too many injury setbacks to become a regular fixture in this team. He can make an impact.
- Giovani Lo Celso: He has been one of Spurs’ best players in recent weeks.
