CHE vs MCI Dream11 MATCH PREVIEW:
Chelsea will face their biggest test of the season when they host the reigning English Champions Manchester City in a Premier League showdown at Stamford Bridge, in London, tomorrow on Saturday night (IST).
Chelsea:
Just a few weeks ago, Chelsea looked like a possible title-challenger after their unbeaten start under new manager Maurizio Sarri saw them going neck and neck with Liverpool and Manchester City.
But in a matter of few weeks, the Blues have been dragged back towards the chasing pack by the two defeats against Tottenham Hotspur and Wolves in the last three league games.
Now the situation is so intense that Sarri’s men could even find themselves out of top-4 for the very first time this season if they fail to beat City and Arsenal win at home against Huddersfield.
The midweek clash against Wolves was a tale of two halves as points by Sarri in his post-match interview. The former Napoli manager was clueless as of why his team lost the match and failed to turn up in the 2nd half.
As things stand, Pep’s team is sitting at the top with 41 points from the first 15 games, a huge 10 points away from the Blues. So effectively, their title ambitions could be over this week, unless they become the first side this season to beat the leaders.
Manchester City:
Well, at this moment, Manchester City look like they can even better the points tally of last season.
A trip to Anfield was always going to be a stern test of their improvements and they could have ended their Anfield hoodoo had Riyad Mahrez managed to convert the penalty late in the match. While the home match against city rivals Manchester United proved to be an easy outing for City – meaning Pep Guardiola now has gained four extra points from two matches which gave him two defeats last season.
The Cityzens are one of the only two unbeaten sides remaining in the Premier League. They have already played Arsenal, Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur away, winning the two games in London.
Guardiola’s team won their seventh consecutive game when they beat Watford at Vicarage Road. Leroy Sane and Riyad Mahrez scored two goals on either side of halftime. However, Abdoulaye Doucoure’s strike in the 85th minutes ensured an uncomfortable last few minutes for the visitors.

CHE vs MCI Dream11 TEAM NEWS: Injuries and Suspensions
Chelsea vs Manchester City Team News:
Chelsea:
Injured – Marco Van Ginkel has been ruled out for the hosts with a knee injury. The 26-year-old Dutch is the only absentee from Chelsea’s squad.
Suspended – None.
Questionable – Victor Moses is suffering from a back spasm, while Ross Barkley is still recovering from an ankle injury – both the players will be assessed ahead of the match.
Note: Maurizio Sarri is not expected to ruing in too many changes after a horror show against Wolves. However, Alvaro Morata is enduring too many brain-fade moments of late and could find himself on the bench against City.
Also, Cesc Fabregas was handed a rare start at the Molineux. Jorginho is expected to come to the side.
Pedro may also replace Willian in the starting 11. The Brazilian was a flop-show against Wolves.
Key Players – Eden Hazard, Willian
Manchester City:
Injured – Benjamin Mendy suffered a knee injury on international duty and will be out for the next three months, while backup goalkeeper Claudio Bravo is suffering from an Achilles tendon injury and won’t be involved here.
Eliaquim Mangala joins the above-aforementioned players on the treatment table.
Suspended – None.
Questionable – Sergio Aguero missed the last two games for City and remains a huge doubt for the trip to SW6.
Kevin de Bruyne is still a few weeks away from gaining full fitness and is expected to sit out this match.
While club captain Vincent Kompany and Oleksandr Zinchenko both are carrying knocks and will be assessed ahead of the match.
Note: Raheem Sterling was given a rest against Watford but is expected to come into the side for this match.
Key Players – David Silva, Leroy Sane
CHE vs MCI Dream11 Playing 11 – (Probable) –
Chelsea– Arrizabalaga (GK), Alonso, David Luiz, Rudiger, Azpilicueta, Kante, Jorginho, Kovacic, Pedro, Hazard, Giroud
Manchester City – Ederson (GK), Walker, Otamendi / Stones, Laporte, Delph, Fernandinho, Gundogan, David Silva, Sterling, Sane, Aguero
CHE vs MCI Dream11 FANTASY TEAM:
Team 1:
Pep Guardiola confirmed that both Sergio Aguero and Kevin de Bruyne won’t be playing in this match, which left City with Jesus up front, while Giroud is our 2nd striker.
Azpilicueta and Walker are our wing-backs, while Rudiger and Laporte are one of the best centre-backs in Premier League at the moment.
Eden Hazard is our captian, while Sterling will be serving as his deputy.
Team 2:
We expect City to dominate in the field and considering Jesus’ goal-form this season, the man behind him are most likely to score for Pep.
Hazard will be captain once again.
INDIA FANTASY PREDICTION:
Chelsea suffered two losses against Manchester City last season and we expect that trend to continue here as a City win is our call.
