BRZ vs PER Dream11 Match Preview, Team News, Lineups

It’s the top of the table clash in Group C as Brazil play Peru in a potential round-of-16 clincher at Corinthians Arena.

Group A:

  • The first match is always difficult, with the nerves, adrenaline of representing your country and the pressure to meet the expectations all playing a big part in a player’s performance. The hosts got the better of every emotion in Game-1 though, starting the tournament with a straightforward 3-0 win over Bolivia.
  • But Brazil were substandard in game-2, as far as finishing or taking a decision in the final 3rd is concerned. No wonder, the home bans booed off their own team after the final whistle against Venezuela at Fonte Nova Arena. The game ended in a stalemate, despite Tite’s team seeing almost 70% of the ball.

  • But Brazil are on course to secure a last-16 berth, the first target of the team. A win over Peru in their final game will see them top the Group A.
  • Peru brought their campaign back on track after a 0-0 draw in the opening game, winning 1-3 against Bolivia.
