Southampton will be looking for their first win under their new manager Ralph Hasenhüttl as they host a high-flying Arsenal at St. Mary’s Stadium, in Southampton, tomorrow on Sunday evening (IST).

Southampton parted ways with Mark Hughes after a 2-2 home draw against Manchester United left the team further behind off the safety. The former Manchester City manager endured a difficult life at the south coast, winning just three times in more than 20 games. Now 51-year-old German Ralph Hasenhüttl is at the helm at St. Mary’s Stadium. He has a very good reputation which only increased after his stint with the Red Bull Leipzig. He is also a big admirer of gegenpressing and no wonder he is sometimes called as the Lopp of the Alps.

But Hasenhüttl may not find it easy to implant his philosophy at the club in the coming weeks as his side will be taking on Arsenal, Manchester City and Chelsea in the next five games.

At the moment, the Gunners 5th in the table, behind 4th placed Chelsea only on goal difference and two points away from North London rivals Tottenham Hotspur.
