This marauding run has taken the north Londoners to fourth in the Premier League and a win in today’s game will take them to fourth or even 3rd depending on the winning margin in this match.

Leicester City:

Leicester City, on the other hand, are blowing hot and cold this season. They have won four and lost four times in the first eight games which put them at 10th in the table. But the Foxes have a real opportunity to climb up the table and could finish this round as high as 8th provided they beat Arsenal at their own backyard in a league game which they haven’t achieved since 1972.

Having said that, the 2015-16 Champions have played three big games against Manchester United, Liverpool and Everton already this season, and they have failed to get even a single point out of those games. So it’s a tough ask for Claude Puel and his men to go to Emirates and come back with something.

Arsenal:
Injured – The Gunners will be missing some key players in this match. Konstantinos Mavropanos (groin) and Carl Jenkinson (ankle) will be kissing this clash due to injuries.
Laurent Koscielny and Ainsley Maitland-Niles are also expected to miss the match. Both the players have returned to the training ground recently but this game may have come too soon for them.

Suspended – Club captain Wes Morgan will be serving the first of the two-game suspension in this match.

Note: James Maddison is proving to be the breakaway star this season. A player of Championships stature and not tested enough in the harsh realities of Premier League, few raised eyebrows when Leicester paid a handsome £20 million to Norwich City. Now considering his rise and performance for the Foxes which has earned him his first International cap with England, he could be a steal in that price range.
