Windies aim to upset India in ManchesterÂ
India will take on the Windies for their sixth match of the World Cup as they take a step closer to reaching to the finals. Windies, on the other hand, are coming off a heart-breaking five-runs loss against New Zealand. Jason Holder’s team has lost close games and they would hope to learn from their past mistakes when they take on India for their next match.
Andre Russell has been ruled out of the tournament due to a knee injury and the with each loss, the road to the semis is getting more and more twisted for them.
For India though, the journey has been so far, so good. They clawed their way to victory in the last match against Afghanistan and are strong contenders of the title. Hence, a daunting challenge waits for Windies in Manchester when they take on India.
