South Africa are such a strong ODI side and this series should be really be a tough series for India.

Shubman Gill has started his ODI career in a brilliant manner. He averaged over 70 and strikes at 105. He was India’s best batsman in the series against West Indies. Another good series here would almost make him impossible for selectors to ignore him even in the first choice playing 11. At the very least, he would lock his place in the ODI squad as the backup opener for world cup next year.
