After suffering a 14-run defeat against Pakistan, England will play Bangladesh to avoid the hat-trick of defeats in World Cup against them. Both the teams have met each other in 13 ODIs in the last decade hence, but Bangladesh’s would want to make some amends in their style before taking on the hosts.

AFG vs NZ

Not many international games have been played here. South Africa played a T20I on this venue two years ago. Before that, the international games played in Taunton were two World Cup matches in 1999.

Although both the teams will be playing on unfamiliar grounds, things might be tougher for Afghanistan who are coming off two defeats. Moreover, Mohammad Shahzad has been ruled out of the World Cup after suffering a knee injury in the warm-up match. New Zealand, on the other hand, won their both games are currently on an unbeaten streak and have looked rock-solid so far.
